Psychotherapy Services: Supporting Healing, Growth, and Emotional Well-Being

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward greater self-understanding and healing.

Who I Work With

I provide therapy for individuals across the lifespan, with a special focus on children and adolescents. Whether you or your child is struggling with a specific issue or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help.

I commonly work with:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Bipolar Disorder

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Autism-related stressors

  • OCD

  • Grief and loss

  • Family transitions (divorce, relocation, etc.)

  • Identity, self-esteem, and emotional regulation

My Therapeutic Approach

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I tailor my work to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from a range of modalities to create a thoughtful and flexible treatment plan.

I am trained in and draw from:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – an evidence-based approach for healing trauma and distressing memories

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) – effective for addressing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors

  • Play and expressive therapies – especially with children, to help them communicate and process through creative modalities

  • Attachment- and relationally-focused therapies – to build safety, connection, and trust in therapeutic relationships

  • Mindfulness and somatic-based approaches – to support emotional regulation and body awareness

Working With Children and Teens

I have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents through the emotional ups and downs of development. I work closely with caregivers and families when appropriate, while always respecting the privacy and autonomy of the young person.

Therapy with young clients often includes:

  • Emotion identification and regulation

  • Building coping strategies

  • Trauma processing in age-appropriate ways

  • Strengthening identity and resilience

Getting Started

Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself or your child, the first step is a brief consultation to determine if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll collaborate to set goals and create a path toward healing, clarity, and growth.

If you have questions or would like to learn more about how I can support you or your family, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
